Who We Are
DSI Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. (DES) located in Bangalore, India, focuses on providing cost effective engineering and program management services to the DSI offices in Canada, Mexico and our headquarters in Michigan.
The DES office also serves as the conduit for providing DSI's core services to the Indian market as well as the rest of Asia. DES provides its clients a channel for accessing international experience, technical knowledge and best in class industry knowhow from our North American offices during the critical planning and design phases while supplementing the execution, maintenance and general support functions from the India office, thereby providing the most cost effective total solution.
Personnel & Clients
Our group head has extensive US consulting experience in the manufacturing engineering domain with expertise in facilities planning and process design. The experience ranges from short term high impact studies to supporting long-term greenfield programs right from conceptual planning through launch.
Key employees have been trained in our DSI headquarters on industry standards and engineering analysis that has enabled us to provide global service standards. Lean manufacturing methodology is used to develop or re-design the operational processes, material logistics, equipment and conveyor solutions as well as manpower redeployment to design a system that meets customer requirements while minimizing non-value added activities.
DES has been successful in developing new clients in India such as Mahindra & Mahindra, General Motors India, Volkswagen India and is expecting major growth in the coming year.
