Unbiased Engineering - Providing Cost Saving Solutions
Design Systems, Inc. partnered with a client in a major cost savings initiative program. This program was designed to identify, review and implement cost - saving facility enhancements including throughput improvements and "Lean Manufacturing" practices.
With our facility layout expertise and Lean Manufacturing techniques, Design Systems' engineers identified and implemented over $41 million dollars of savings in several of their facilities.
