Operator Training
Training for new production systems will often require that either the systems be installed or “new operations labs” be built to allow for hands-on training. A simulation model in conjunction with “Emulation” can be used to assist in training long before you have the actual systems available, and can often eliminate the need to set up production training labs. A simulation, with its accurate 3D graphics, can and will provide operators and maintenance support personnel with the opportunity to fully understand the systems operation. In general, provide the plant floor personnel a comprehensive overview of the production floor environment long before installation is complete.
