Entry Level Electrical & Controls Engineer

Farmington Hills, MI

Position Duties:

• Provide engineering support and direction for electrical systems
• Review drawings and provide the necessary corrections
• Travel to OEM vendor sites to review Electrical/ Control systems
• Available to travel to site as required, either local or U.S. (approx. travel 50%)

Skills and Experience:

• Rockwell Control Logix and general control panel design layout (other PLC software a plus)
• Able to understand electrical drawings
• Must be able to gain knowledgeable of corporate specifications and electrical codes
• Must be self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• High level of electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and / or E-Plan

Computer Skills:

• Microsoft Office
• AutoCAD
