Position Duties:

Industrial engineer to support and execute feasibility studies, lean improvements, tactical execution of industrial engineering projects and deliverables. This position will support industrial engineering activities in components manufacturing.

Areas of responsibility:

• Support with data analysis of demand, part arrivals at Point of use, docks, supermarkets, etc.,
• Execute statistical analysis of part flow, replenishment, flow of WIP, finished goods flow and all other components, raw material activities
• Support feasibility studies of efficiency improvements
• Collect as-is data for time studies, VSM, layout, flow, inventory, packaging and bottlenecks
• Come up with Kanban, flow concepts to alleviate the material flow and optimization constraints
• Use AutoCAD to execute layout options, feasibility of plans, etc.,
• Execute project deliverables in areas of constraint management, lean optimization and documentation of processes

Skills and Experience Required:

• Industrial Engineering experience
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Ability to analyze data
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and cultures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• AutoCAD

Minimum Education Required:

• Bachelors

• Ability to Travel
• Valid Drivers License
• US Citizenship
