This program included managing the system installation of the body shop, paint shop, and general assembly systems. Additional program management duties included scheduling, administration for site safety, drug testing & monitoring, procurement support, contractor project progress payment administration (schedule of values), contractor technical reviews, project detail scheduling, contractor construction audits, installation management, start-up and de-bug support, commissioning and launch support, and project closeout assistance. The project included fixed mechanization systems and management of installation such as conveyor systems, lift tables, automation/robotics, and palletizers.
DSI’s diverse capabilities allowed for our team to successfully design and integrate the processes and equipment that this facility needed. The successful design and integration of this system resulted in a Gold Supplier Award from our client.
