DSI was tasked to develop innovative solutions for the conveyance and flow sequence of the new system. With over 25 years in innovative solutions for the automotive and a variety of manufacturers we developed a cost effective solution for this upcoming industry. With analyzing a variety of conveyors, ASRS, shuttles, lifts and storage concepts we have developed the building blocks for a cost effective system. Our simulation models can quickly validate the throughput capabilities of the various design configurations to ensure it meets our customer’s needs.
