With business expanding, this large international Aerospace company has contracted DSI to assist them in designing the manufacturing process at a new Greenfield facility for Composite Engine components. The DSI team has assisted with layout engineering, and this next phase will have the team developing a detailed lean layout including workstation detail, process equipment requirements, staging requirements, shift patterns, manpower considerations, material handling design, throughput simulation, and an overall phase-in-plan to ensure that production schedules are met.
