Overview of This New Contract

DSI will design concepts involving the Spray booths, Ovens, Conveyors, and Dip Tanks. DSI also designed concept layouts for the new underbody coating system and recommended the use of rotating carriers for ergonomic benefits. DSI assisted in launching tri-coat painting process and did data analysis for the ovens and spray booths. Design Systems also made conveyor modifications and did chain pull analysis for the entire paint shop.
