Hamtramck High First Team Update

The FIRST Team competed Friday and Saturday at the Southfield First Robotics District Competition. After 12 qualification matches, Team Cosmos seeded  8th in a strong field of 39 teams.  At the conclusion of alliance selections for elimination matches Saturday afternoon, we held the captain’s position for the #6 alliance. In the quarter finals we defeated the #3 alliance, moving on to the semifinals. In the semifinals, we defeated the #7 alliance. We fought a good battle, but in end,  after 2 exciting matches in the final rounds of competition, we fell to the #1 seed.
